A well-planned, thoughtful mentoring program will encourage mentors to connect with mentees on a personal level. It will also encourage the development of strong, trusting relationships that will motivate, inspire and guide toward future goals.
The Brittingham Foundation enjoys investing time in other young people with sacrifice, love, and patience. In our mentorship program, we believe that spending time with your mentee is the only way that a trusting relationship can develop. It isn’t always easy walking as a mentor with someone. At times, you may even want to give up. However, we believe, as mentors, in second, third and fourth chances.
